The Splendor i smart is essentially the same 97cc Splendor with Heros new i3s technology, it stands for- Idle Stop- Start System. Hero calls it -A bike with a mind of its own-. The new technology shares a bit in the fuel efficiency of the bike, it is said that the system cuts off the engine automatically when the bike comes to halt, and subsequently starts the engine automatically when the rider accelerates the bike. This is a first of its own kind of technology used in any motorcycle.
